Case Construction has added two new models to its range of E series wheel loaders, with the 621E and 521E featuring powerful engines along with redesigned cabs.
All E series wheel loaders feature four work modes, Maximum Power, Standard Power, Economy Mode and Auto Mode that allow the operator to match power and fuel economy to suit their application.
According to the manufacturer, auto mode is the best compromise between productivity and economy and chooses either maximum power or standard power modes depending on engine load.
The 521E boasts 101 net kW in maximum power mode, a 23% increase over the 521D it replaces, 93 net kW in standard power mode and 76 kW in economy mode. The 621E delivers 121 net kW in maximum power mode, a 20% increase over the 621D, 109 kW in standard power mode and 93 kW in economy mode.
Limited slip differentials are standard front and rear to ensure all that extra power is put directly to the ground.
It is said that both models feature an impressive cab. The cab floor area has been enlarged for maximum
legroom and comfort. Floor to ceiling glass provides a direct line of sight to the front tyres and attachments and due to the sloping rear hood, visibility to the rear is also excellent. Coupled with this, the easy to read analogue gauges and the contoured right hand console with its low effort, single lever joystick, ensure ease of operation. Noise levels in the region of 70 dB(A) further ensure operator comfort.
Ease of maintenance is delivered via a one piece electric hood along with fluid sight gauges on all reservoirs. In fact, the only tool required for daily maintenance is a rag to wipe oil from the dipstick. Grouped remote engine oil, hydraulic oil and coolant drains make routine servicing simple as well. A reversing fan in the exclusive Case Mid Mount Cooling system means the cooling package can be cleaned from the comfort of the operators cab in around 10 seconds, according to the company.
Ride control and auxiliary hydraulics are also standard for extra productivity, convenience and operator safety.
