MAVILOR has introduced the MSS Series servo motors, designed to provide a 20% increase in power to weight and volume.

According to the company, MAVILOR's axial air gap dish armature is specially suited for high response servo drives.

The MSS Series servo motors incorporate an ironless rotor design, and according to the manufacturer have a longer brush life and high efficiency.

The motors feature options of tachometers and fail-safe holding brakes within the structure.

The MSS series come in a compact length, with zero cogging and ratings to 6,000 RPM.

The motors include high and smooth torque to inertia ratio, with non cogging torque low speed velocity control.
