THE GENERAL Mat Company has introduced its Safety Scrape matting which is suitable for use in the coal mining industry.
The supplier says that Safety Scrape matting is a heavy duty and anti-slip matting which improves the safety of wet, oily or muddy areas.
The General Mat Company says that the Safety Scrape matting which is constructed from 100% Nitrile rubber for oil and chemical resistance, features moulded face cleats to scrape heavy dirt and soil from shoes and to provide an anti-skid surface.
Managing Director of The General Mat Company, Michael Siegle, says Safety Scrape is easily cleaned by hosing off and features anti-skid gripper backing to further enhance anti-slip qualities in adverse conditions.
