SAFEmap International has launched its DELTA Safety Values Program, a one day program designed to effectively allow the leadership lead its employees to commitment and accountability for safety.
SAFEmap International’s DELTA Safety Values Program uses DVD recordings, structured team activities and focus group discussions in a scientifically-designed value change process.
The DELTA Program’s 5 safety values are duty of care, enthusiasm, leading others, teamwork and acknowledgement.
According to SAFEmap International, the DELTA Safety Values Program inspires employees to be safe, engages work teams to actively improve safety, makes safety a powerful value and creates accountability for safety at all employee levels.
SAFEmap International said the cost of the DELTA Safety Values Program is minimal but the impact immense.
