Nett Technologies has developed a retrofit three-way catalyst system for LPG-powered forklift trucks, designed to improve air quality and help to meet occupational health and safety standards.
The Nett Technologies emissions control kit includes a three-way catalytic muffler, an oxygen sensor, and a digital air to fuel ratio controller.
According to Nett, the system efficiently removes carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and hydrocarbons from LPG exhaust gases, and is designed for forklifts that work in confined spaces.
The catalytic muffler is a direct fit muffler designed to replace existing equipment and reduce installation costs.
The Nett muffler features a digital air to fuel ratio controller which receives a feedback signal from a zirconia oxygen sensor placed at the inlet to the muffler and stoichiometric air to fuel ratio controls the amount of fuel supplied to the mixer.
According to Nett, the application of the system also improves a truck’s fuel efficiency.
The Nett Technologies catalyst system is distributed through Norman G. Clark.
