Pronto Software, an Australian developer of enterprise software solutions, has released its latest version of its flagship solution PRONTO-Xi.
Pronto Software’s customers include gold mining company Citigold; Unimin Australia, a processor and supplier of raw materials to manufacturing and primary industries; and PearlStreet, a service company to the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors.
The Phase 6 version of PRONTO-Xi is designed to drive efficiencies in the resources sector.
A key feature of PRONTO-Xi is its Maintenance Management function for creating customised maintenance schedules according to resource, labour and tool requirements. This allows mining companies to improve equipment performance and reduce disruptive breakdowns and maintenance costs.
Work orders can also be programmed into the system to aid detection and analysis before equipment failure occurs.
Run time conditions and inspection requirements can be determined through the software.
Further, the Maintenance Management data is integrated into PRONTO-Xi, eliminating data duplication and the need for additional spreadsheets.
Data can be recorded directly into PRONTO-Xi to generate automated reports.
Quick to implement and easy to use, PRONTO-Xi Phase 6 responds to key market needs including cost control, business process efficiency, speed to market, corporate governance and improved decision making. Functions include asset, financial, inventory, manufacturing, maintenance and service management and project costing.
