The Spraymec 8100 VC is an electro-hydraulic self-propelled mobile concrete sprayer for concrete spraying in tunnel projects with variable tunnel cross sections.
It is designed for spraying in tunnels of up to 10.3 metres in height and 16 metres in width.
The mobile concrete sprayer has a maximum vertical spraying reach of 14 metres.
With a compact design, it is able to spray in tunnels with cross-sections from 15 to 140 metres square.
The Spraymec 8100 VC is designed for high performance sprayed concrete applications and the use of alkali-free accelerators.
It features the NorSmar tcontrol system for the spraying process.
The concrete sprayer control system allows for low-pulsation spraying and pumping, accurate dosing as well as accurate spray boom and nozzle movements and positioning.
The unit provides real-time control and fault diagnostics of the spraying process, and includes a kit for accelerator, concrete and ambient temperature measurement which log all spraying process related data as well as comprehensive vehicle fault diagnostics
The Normet concrete spraying pump has a theoretical maximum pumping capacity of 40 when the casting option is selected.
