The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) has released the S04-1 Mobile Trackless Trellis System which provides protection barriers for dangerous machinery in manufacturing environments.
According to the company, these systems are proving popular in resolving issues of Occupational Health and Safety in manufacturing and construction locations.
The trellis system can be used to restrict access to passers by in dangerous areas where machinery is in use. ADTC says the system has a large range of flexibility which allows for typically awkward areas to be easily secured, and also operates on a trolley system meaning it can be easily rolled away and stored out of sight.
The systems are secured at each end by a slam lock facility which locks the barrier to a side fixing point however, if no side fixing point is available then ADTC’s removable lockable post can be used.
