Following the introduction of the Metatarsal Guard, foot protection has been increased beyond the safety toecap to include the upper part of the foot.
Flexible and light weight, the boot is strong enough to provide protection from most direct impacts and is available in industry specific designs which include greater chemical resistance, water resistance, for electrical hazards, anti static operations and all include temperature regulating uppers.
Steel Blue has also created metal free technology for their airport friendly range of boots.
This allows fly-in/fly-out workers to travel through airports without setting-off metal detectors.
