Kinder and Co. have released a range of mercury tilt switches for bulk handling applications.
The robust tilt switches are used for a wide range of applications, from crusher bowl level indication and control, conveyor loss of feed indication and/or control, as well as conveyor belt drift indication and/or alarm.
The range is also used for plugged chute detection, plugged conveyor transfer point detection and high bin level indication and/or control.
Constructed from chrome plated heavy duty steel for arduous applications to stainless steel or lightweight P.V.C for corrosive or powdered materials, the model range encompasses the LP04EB and LP04 for heavy duty application through to the LP04SS designed for corrosive and abrasive environments, and the LP04FB which is suitable for light granular, fine or powdered materials.
All chrome plated and stainless steel switches are supplied with a ¾” B.S.P pipe hanger and split link.
