Emergency first aid treatment

  • Published: 10/06/2008

AMARE will showcase its Diphoterine emergency first aid treatment for chemical splashes on Stand 4045 at QME 2008.

Diphoterine is designed to rapidly absorb aggressive acid and base chemicals from the skin or eye.

By attracting, neutralising and absorbing the aggressive chemical Diphoterine dramatically reduces the risk of injury.

According to the company, Diphoterine provides something water cannot as it is a passive hypotonic solution which can assist with the penetration of the chemical.

Diphoterine has been approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration for use in Australia.

It is available in a variety of formats for various applications.
