M Rutty & Co has released a range of commutated DC motors that are said to have low detent torques and high efficiency.
According to the company, the motors are also said to have high power density, good regulation characteristics, low moment of inertia and Class E motor insulation.
The motors come with protection up to IP 67 (GR 42, GR 53, GR 63, GR 80) and can be combined with control electronics, gearboxes, brakes and encoders in a modular system to provide a flexible, adaptable, market-oriented solution, according to the manufacturer.
