Krueger Engineering has become the new owner of a Kato NK550VR (55 tonne Truck Crane).
Krueger Engineering is a privately owned company, located in Mt Gambier South Australia, that is involved predominantly in crane hire and general engineering, from conceptual design to manufacture and site installations.
The Kato NK550VR was initially purchased to work at Oxiana's Prominent Hill project erecting tanks.
The NK550VR is fitted with a 43.0 m main boom, and 15.0 m fly-jib.
The crane cabin is complete with 2 lever joystick controls, and a function limiting computer.
The carrier is a full width design, with a fully sprung rear suspension, and six cylinder turbo-charged engine.
