CBC Bearings and Power Transmission has announced the launch of AZIMA DLI condition monitoring as part of their technical services offering.
According to the company, the CBC - Azima DLI WATCHMAN Reliability package delivers sustainable, cost-effective services utilizing web based analysis reports that show the health of the machine and recommended corrective action based on the degree of urgency.
The WATCHMAN analysis service provides a completely outsourced machine condition monitoring solution, CBC said.
Collected data is then posted on the WATCHMAN Reliability Portal and analysed remotely by dedicated Azima DLI experts, then via the secure web interface, customers can access results and alerts through the portals intuitive dashboard that provides up to date information about machinery condition, the company said.
According to CBC, the analysis report format provides fault diagnosis, fault severity, action priorities and includes specialist assessment and recommendations for each machine, instead of overwhelming spectral data that may be difficult to interpret.
