Amare Safety will unveil two new products for enhancing workplace safety at the 2009 Queensland Resources Expo (QREX) trade exhibition in the Rockhampton Showgrounds from July 21-23.
One of Australia’s largest independent suppliers of personal protective equipment, Amare Safety will use QREX to demonstrate a new emergency first aid washing solution for treating a chemical splash to skin and eyes, and hearing protection for high noise environments.
The washing solution, Diphoterine, neutralises aggressive acid and base chemicals very quickly and effectively to stop penetration and minimise a potential burn.
The Sensear face-to-face communicating ear plug and ear muff enables clear communication above 85 dBA without the removal of hearing protection. It is also Bluetooth compatible to mobile phones and two-way communication radios.
