Whether you are working with pit walls, dam walls or any other large structure, detecting wall failures is integral to mitigating loss. Softrock Solutions surveying systems detect failures anywhere movement can be measured, ensuring man and machinery remain protected.
Softrock aims to provide you with the most efficient hardware and software tools.
With products ranging from entry-level software packages using current surveying instruments, to fully automated systems that operate 24/7, we have the surveying solution for your project.
With over a decade of experience perfecting slope monitoring systems and software, Softrock Solutions is at the forefront of surveying technology. Based in Western Australia, we specialise in developing automated robotic surveying systems to detect movement in large structures.
Monitoring of the movement in open pit walls has become a major safety issue for the international mining industry. Softrock Solutions is addressing this problem with its latest release of Quikslope & Quikslope5. This slope monitoring software is widely used on mine-sites around Australia and internationally. Its success is due to the high level of data integrity, easy database maintenance, graphing, and reporting functions. Quikslope accepts most modern data types with special emphasis on robotic instruments like the Geodimeter ATS (now defunct), Leica TCA1800, 2003 and lately, Leica TM30. Graphing is simple and there are many different graph types available. Quikslope5 has added a CAD function with full 3D capability. Quikslope5 is newly developed and will eventually supercede Quikslope.
