MinVu is a finalist in the Prospect Awards for the development of a mine production data warehouse system.
The system, otherwise known as 'MinVu', provides a mine with the capability to transform the raw data locked up in operational systems into reliable and timely production information.
The information is then converted to a production reporting system that underpins decision support actions and provides continuous improvement opportunities.
MinVu collects data from almost any source on a mine site including fleet management systems, draglines, fuelling, tyres, processing plants, logistics, planning and scheduling, financial and environmental sources and integrates the information with a mines budgets, forecasts and targets.
