GAAM Emergency Products business manager Ian Price told Australian Mining the company was keen to promote the emergency layout mats to the mining industry.
The Avon extrication and self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) mats, made from 525 gm rip-stop vinyl, keep tools and rescue equipment off the ground.
The SCBA Air Cylinder Mat measures 182 x 94 cm and holds 12 cylinders.
Either side of the mat is marked as full (green) or empty (red) to avoid confusion when new cylinders are required.
Both mats are water proof, weather proof, easy to clean and designed for fast set up.
