THE Western Australia government has given the green light to build a deepwater port at Oakajee in the mid west.
Yilgarn Infrastructure has been developing the technical and financial engineering for the project over the last two years.
According to the company, the Oakajee project will encourage economic growth in the area.
The project will operate on an open-book, open access, multi-user basis.
