Pentair Industrial has introduced Resflex Series resin bonded filter cartridges, designed with a unique proprietary two-stage design for improved filtration.
According to the company, the cartridges’ outer spiral wrap efficiently removes large particles and agglomerates.
The prefilter wrap is designed to provide increased surface area and intensify cartridge strength, while eliminating residual debris common with conventional, machined resin bonded cartridges. 
Resflex’s inner layers provide particle removal in available micron ratings from 2 to 150 microns.
Flow rates are 10 gpm per 10 in of cartridge length, with cartridges available in sizes up to 40 in.
According to the manufacturer, the Resflex design maximises filtration and service life, removing contaminants from viscous fluids at temperatures up to 250° F.
Resflex cartridges are filled with phenolic resin to help ensure long-lasting operation and effective filtration.
