Bolt fasteners

Coventry Fasteners will demonstrate its Nord-Lock bolt securing system on Stand 2196 during the 2008 Goldfields Mining Expo (GME).
The system consists of a pair of washers that provide a wedge-locking action.
The action which uses tension instead of friction to secure a bolted joint, making it superior to traditional locking methods such as nylon insert lock nuts and spring washers.
The system is designed for demanding and critical applications, such as mining, rail and manufacturing equipment, typically with heavy vibration and dynamic loads.
Coventry Fasteners is a leading supplier of nuts, bolts, screws, tools and associated industrial products.
The company offers more than 50,000 different fastener products through its 46 branches Australia-wide.
Other GME demonstrations will include Ramset and Bosch products with items on display including CGL tools, Faber toolboxes, Sutton tools, Huck fasteners and Brighton Best high tensile products.
